How to order online

Click on the 'Add to basket' button on your chosen item, which takes you to the Paypal secure payment system. Click the 'View basket' button in the top right of our web pages to monitor your shopping. Please remenber to add your address details for postage.

An email will be sent to you to confirm receipt of order and payment via PayPal. If you do not receive an email please call us on 0116 2108577. Ordered products must be paid for prior to despatch.

Order value upto £89.99, delivery charge £5.00 applies.
Orders over £90.00, postage free, using standard delivery terms.

VAT

VAT at 17.5% is included in the purchase price of all our products.

Standard Delivery - please allow 3 to 5 working days via Royal Mail
2nd Class Post/Parcel Force or Courier Service depending on weight.

First Class Delivery - please allow 2 to 3 to working days via Royal Mail
1st Class Post. If you require your parcel via this service please use the button below to add postage supplement to your order.

First Class Delivery - £4.00 extra

Please Note: Your order may be sent via Business Post Couriers and thus a signature may be required on delivery.

Returning Goods

We hope you are happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund less P&P costs. (Return postage costs to be paid by the customer).
